The MC300 is equipped with a reliable and safe "Triple Brake System" (Patent No. 5798189) that achieves "zero standby power." "Zero standby power" means that when it is not generating electricity or when the amount of electricity generated is low, the self-consumption power is 0W. The "Triple Brake System" consists of three independent brakes (overcharge prevention, overgeneration prevention, and manual).

1. Overcharge Prevention Brake: When the battery voltage reaches 15V, a brake is applied on the wind turbine side, limiting the current from the solar side and switching to float charging mode. It automatically resets when the battery voltage drops to 13.2V. 2. Overgeneration Prevention Brake: If the generator overheats, a brake is applied on the wind turbine side, and it automatically resets after cooling. 3. Manual Stop Switch: This is a switch to forcibly stop the wind turbine during emergencies or maintenance. The release is also done manually.
