Shutting out water leaks from concrete joints! Underground waterproofing technology that supports structures.
The "Pingraut PW System" is a preventive maintenance method that replaces traditional water-stopping boards and water-expanding seals by embedding hollow members (PW hoses) in the concrete joint in advance. Approximately four weeks after the completion of the subsequent concrete work, a water-stopping material, hydrophilic one-component polyurethane resin "NL Paste," is injected to reliably fill the voids in the concrete (water leakage) and achieve water-stopping at the joint (Patent No. 5284888). 【Features】 ○ Underground water-stopping technology that supports long-lasting structures ○ Reliable water-stopping with simple construction ○ Can fill even fine gaps ○ Excellent adhesion to concrete surfaces ○ Superior durability For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

The Pinguraut Council was established in December 1986 by a group of experienced construction companies, numbering around 100 nationwide, as an expert organization specializing in waterproofing and water-stopping construction, and is now celebrating its 36th anniversary. The council holds annual general meetings (once a year) and board meetings (four times a year), engages in promotional activities aimed at spreading construction methods, conducts research and development related to technology, and edits and revises technical materials. Additionally, it continuously supports the technical improvement of its members through the hosting of technical training sessions and the publication of newsletters.
