Rotary Crushing and Mixing Method Twister Method [For Effective Utilization of Construction Excavated Soil!]
Difficult-to-improve soil can be uniformly mixed! Effective utilization of construction-generated soil that was previously disposed of off-site enables reduced environmental impact and cost savings!
The rotary crushing and mixing method is a groundbreaking technique that allows for simultaneous crushing and mixing with a single mechanism, unlike conventional methods. It can handle a wide range of construction-generated soil, from high water content viscous soil to soft rock with a particle size of up to 200mm. 【Features】 ■ Simultaneously performs fine particle size reduction of ground materials and mixing with additives, offering excellent cost-effectiveness. ■ Capable of crushing and fine particle size reduction of boulders, concrete blocks, shells, etc. ■ Allows for fine particle size reduction of viscous soil (clay lumps), enabling effective utilization of viscous soil. ■ Capable of high-quality mixing and stirring compared to conventional methods. ■ Applicable to a wide range of ground materials. ■ Enables continuous large-scale mixing when combined with a belt conveyor transport system. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.

Rotary crushing and mixing method The rotary crushing and mixing method is a revolutionary technique that allows for simultaneous crushing and mixing using a single mechanism, unlike traditional methods. By performing crushing and mixing at the same time, it expands the range of materials that can be applied. As a result, it enables the effective utilization of construction by-products that were previously unrecyclable.

Our company was established in June 1973 when the heavy machinery earthworks division separated and became independent from Japan National Land Development Co., Ltd. The heavy machinery earthworks division of the company was the first in Japan to introduce what is now common, such as bulldozers with rippers and swamp-type tracked heavy machinery, during the post-war chaos and the dawn of reconstruction. It also played a pioneering role in the development of underwater bulldozers and has been the only manufacturer of towed scrapers in the country. We have inherited this spirit and have continued our business activities centered on specialized heavy machinery earthworks since our founding. However, as times have changed, so have social needs. We will challenge ourselves to transform into a "comprehensive construction company that integrates manufacturing and construction" capable of undertaking projects beyond heavy machinery earthworks while leveraging the DNA of our traditional heavy machinery earthworks.
