Ideal for coating steel and stainless steel! White ceramic coating agent.
"Seracote 22" is a water-based paint-like white ceramic coating agent. Its main component is silica (SiO2), which forms a hard and smooth white film. The coefficient of expansion is almost equal to that of steel, making it suitable for heat protection, insulation, wear resistance, and adhesion prevention for steel and stainless steel. When applied to metal surfaces by brushing, dipping, or spraying and then dried, it creates a hard, heat-resistant (with a heat resistance limit of 1,100°C), corrosion-resistant, electrically insulating, and chemically resistant new ceramic adhesive film. 【Features】 - Easy application by brush, pen, or dipping for coating - Localized coating is also possible - The surface of the generated ceramic film is smooth - Has a release effect at high temperatures - Can also be used for coating precision metal parts *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Audeck Co., Ltd. was established on June 28, 1973, with the aim of importing and manufacturing industrial chemical products. In November 1988, the company partnered with the American heat-resistant adhesive manufacturer, Alembic Products, to sell their ceramic and heat-resistant epoxy adhesives and ceramic coatings in Japan. In the late 1980s, the company began selling heated black dye, and after 1986, developed new heated black dyeing equipment. Furthermore, in 2003, they launched an electroless nickel plating device, demonstrating steady growth.
