20 years since the launch. The only product in the Japanese market with German DIN certification, featuring excellent energy-saving ventilation performance. Decentralized means ductless.
The first type of heat exchange ventilation system, "VentSun 'SP'," has a heat exchange rate of 87% (at 70% airflow). It is a ductless heat exchange ventilation system that allows for high design flexibility without the need to run ducts in attics or similar spaces. Additionally, unlike typical wall-mounted heat exchange ventilators, it manages the entire living space, minimizing temperature differences between rooms. ★ The fan is equipped with a standard wind pressure response sensor. When the wind increases, the fan speed automatically rises. ★ All models come standard with a freeze prevention sensor. When the heat exchange element drops below 5°C, it automatically switches to exhaust mode until it rises above 5°C, preventing freezing and condensation accidents within the system. ★ Proven high potential and high quality with a simple design, available in Germany for 20 years since its launch. ★ An optional CO₂ demand control sensor can be installed.

Edifice's main products are ventilation systems from Germany's inVENTer and Sweden's Volution Sweden AB. These two companies are part of the Volution Group, which supplies ventilation products to the UK, Europe, and Australasia (Australia, New Zealand, and other parts of Asia). This message was sent to Japan from Germany's inVENTer when the company was founded. Our company has been developing decentralized (ductless) heat exchange ventilation in Germany for over 20 years. We envision a future where our customers can breathe fresh air healthily in ultra-high airtight homes without worrying about ventilation, save energy, and live comfortably. "Simply there, that is air. We are proud to share the simple and innovative indoor environment of 'VentSaan' with many customers." Annett Witting, Chief Operating Officer of inVENTer The reason a small Japanese company came to sell products from leading European companies is due to the representative's track record in engaging in businesses that contribute to the environment. We will leverage that experience to provide helpful services.
