Just by sticking it on, grip strength improves! Simply wrap it around a metal conveyor roller to quickly transform it into a silicone roller. It prevents slippage, wrinkles, and dirt adhesion.
Stop tape is a single-sided adhesive tape that enhances grip by applying a rubber-based adhesive to a fabric substrate coated with silicone. By wrapping it around conveyor rollers in production and processing lines, it can prevent slippage. 【Features】 - The silicone rubber surface provides a non-slip effect. - It prevents the adhesion of dirt (such as adhesives, glues, inks, and paints). - Simply wrapping it around conveyor rollers improves grip. 【Examples of Use】 - To prevent slipping and dirt adhesion on conveyor rollers. - Other non-slip measures. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Detailed information
-
1) Measure the outer circumference of the roller. As shown in the diagram, wrap tape around the end of the roller. At this time, work without removing the liner (release film). Adjust the angle to your preference. Check that the tape is not slack and mark a point at the corner of the tape edge and the adjacent section. *At this stage, do not stick it to the roller yet.
-
2) Cut off the ends. Lay the tape flat on a table. Connect the mark you made earlier to the corner of the tape's end with a diagonal line, and use a ruler and a utility knife to cut it off. The cut-off tape can be used for the end of the roll, so please do not throw it away.
-
3) Stick it to the end of the roller Peel off the liner (release film) at the tip and attach it along the end of the roller. Start wrapping from the opposite side of the measured outer circumference. Do not peel off the liner all at once; gradually apply it while adjusting the position.
-
4) Proceed to wrap without overlapping. Be careful to apply the tape so that it does not overlap or leave gaps. As you approach the end of the roll, stick the triangular piece of tape that you cut off earlier to the end of the roller.
-
5) The one-way roll is complete. Once you adjust and attach it to ensure there are no gaps, the one-way roll is complete.
-
In the case of winding in both directions, process the ends of the tape in the same way as for one-direction winding, and proceed to wind from the center of the roller outward in steps 3 to 4.
