We would like to introduce a case study of the fixed bar rack from Gooriki Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells racks and space-saving equipment. At MSC Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a bar rack designed with a stair-step shelf depth was adopted to allow for smooth loading and unloading of steel materials with an overhead crane. After the installation of the rack, the elimination of wasted storage space expanded the loading and unloading area, significantly improving work efficiency during rainy weather. By managing a variety of materials by tier, inventory management became clear at a glance.
