The "Multipurpose Permeability Tester (Rugion Tester)" can be used for permeability testing of fractured rock, measuring the relationship between well discharge and water level decline, and measuring discharge at a constant water level. Flow rate and changes are continuously recorded by a data logger. It can also be used to determine the Rugion value, which is an indicator of rock permeability.
