1: It has a high magnetic flux density and very strong magnetic force. 2: In addition to being mechanically fragile, it has a significant temperature variation in its magnetic force. 3: When heated, it is prone to thermal demagnetization. Adding dysprosium improves its coercivity. It is said that adding 1% dysprosium can improve thermal demagnetization by 15°C. 4: It is often plated with nickel because it is prone to rust. 5: The Curie temperature is approximately 310 degrees. 6: The strength of the magnetism is graded from N24 to N54. The number following the N indicates the strength of the magnetism, and theoretically, it is said to be possible to reach N64.

We are a magnet manufacturer located in Hangzhou, China, with our production facility in the Hangzhou area, producing and selling various types of magnet-related products. These include neodymium magnets, samarium-cobalt magnets, alnico magnets, ferrite magnets, band magnets, iron-chromium-cobalt, plastic magnets, and rubber magnet sheets. Currently, our product composition is as follows: 32.28% are motor products, 35.25% are assembly design products, 20.14% are neodymium magnets, and the rest are samarium-cobalt magnets, alnico magnets, ferrite magnets, and band magnets. We have 180 employees, and our factory covers an area of 25,400 square meters. All staff at Hangzhou Vector Magnetic Iron Co., Ltd. have at least five years of experience in the magnet field, and everyone in the sales department is capable of communicating in English, possessing extensive knowledge and experience in magnets. We have three staff members who can communicate in Japanese, with over ten years of sales experience in the Japanese market and with Japanese customers. Furthermore, our company has established a meticulous system from quotation to order, production, quality control, and product delivery.
