Explosion-proof LED lighting fixtures LZLA series, ideal for replacing incandescent lamps and circular fluorescent lamps in explosion-proof areas.
New Release of Explosion-Proof LED Lighting Fixtures (LZLA Series) Seiwa Electric Co., Ltd. has enhanced its lineup of LED lighting fixtures under the <Star Reds> series to meet diverse needs in the introduction of energy-saving equipment at various factories and initiatives for the environment (Minamata Convention). We are pleased to announce the addition of the new explosion-proof LED lighting fixtures "LZLA Series," which can be used in explosive hazardous areas Zone 1 and Zone 2, equivalent to incandescent lamps (100W, 200W) and high-output FHF32W (circular and compact fluorescent lamps). Orders will begin on May 15. The main body of the fixture employs aluminum die-casting, which excels in heat dissipation and lightweight design, allowing for effective heat dissipation measures. This increases the operating temperature range to -20°C to +50°C (compared to our conventional LED products, which are -20°C to +40°C) and enhances resistance to high-temperature environments. Additionally, it achieves a maintenance-free LED module lifespan of 60,000 hours while also possessing high durability and weather resistance.

Company information
Hoshia Electric has established itself as a top manufacturer in various fields, including information display systems such as road information boards, industrial lighting known for its waterproof and explosion-proof features under the name "Water Pearl," tunnel lighting that began with the full-scale installation in the Kanmon Tunnel, and resin products represented by "Cutting Duct." As a new business, we started an electromagnetic noise countermeasure (EMC) product business in 1997 to address electromagnetic noise issues arising from digital devices. In the LED business, we successfully developed a blue light-emitting diode in April 2002 and a white light-emitting diode in December of the same year. Based on these technologies, we are actively expanding our business in the field of LED lighting fixtures, ranging from roads and tunnels to industrial lighting. On March 9, 2018, Hoshia Electric Co., Ltd. was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section. In April 2022, we transitioned to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market. Moving forward, we will continue to leverage our creative thinking and technological capabilities cultivated thus far to develop even more innovative products and strive for business expansion.
