Introducing examples of the adoption of solenoids and VCMs that have inherited the technology of "Sorak"!
Escraft, with experienced expert engineers, shapes customer requests and contributes to societal progress and development through the supply of excellent products. Here are some examples of Escraft's electromagnetic actuator applications. [Case 1] Environmental Equipment Related We design and mass-produce custom low-cost VCMs, which have been evaluated positively. [Case 2] Textile Equipment Related We propose and mass-produce custom rotary solenoids, which have been evaluated positively. [Case 3] Automatic Door Locks Most of our solenoids are silent types. They are appreciated for use in places where operational noise is a concern. [Case 4] Replacement from Other Actuators They operate solely on electrical equipment without the need for air compressors or vertical piping. They are adopted as replacements for air-driven valves and similar devices. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

basic information
This is a solenoid (linear and rotary) that utilizes the magnetic force generated by energizing a coil as power, designed to eliminate noise generated during operation. The rotary solenoid features a structure developed from the principle of reluctance-type pulse motors, designed to be silent due to having no contact points other than the bearings. The linear solenoid applies the principle of linear pulse motors, and it is silent because there are no stopping points where the movable iron core hits. Leveraging these characteristics, it has numerous applications ranging from industrial equipment that concerns noise issues to precision machinery. It achieves a long lifespan of several million to tens of millions of operations, and its reliability is valued in automation lines where failures are not tolerated. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.*
