This device simultaneously reproduces different temperature and humidity environments on the indoor and outdoor sides, allowing for the measurement of the performance and durability of building materials and other components. We design and manufacture temperature and humidity control systems, irradiation devices, rainfall devices, etc., according to your requirements. Additionally, we can accommodate large-scale equipment that tests entire structures and measures the performance of residential facilities. 【Features】 - Both "two-room type" for reproducing outdoor and indoor environments and "one-room type" for reproducing outdoor environments are available. - The outdoor chamber can control temperatures from -30 to +60 °C, capable of simulating extreme cold weather conditions. - The irradiation device can be either movable or fixed, both options are available. - The rainfall device can simulate heavy rain of 200 mm/h. - JIS A 4710 "Thermal Performance Test for Building Fixtures" can also be conducted. - Operation and control can be intuitively performed via a touch panel.

Weather conditions in cold regions can also be reproduced! Outdoor conditions can be temperature-controlled from -30 to +60 °C, allowing for the simulation of harsh outdoor temperatures in cold regions. Humidity can be controlled over a wide range of 20 to 80% RH, enabling environmental testing under various climate conditions. (We can also accommodate low humidity conditions in the 10 to 40 °C range.) Additionally, the temperature and humidity control mechanism is designed for energy efficiency. (Please note that the diagrams are examples; the temperature and humidity control range may vary depending on specifications.)

We will design and prepare irradiation devices according to your requirements. ● Movable type … Can be removed from the device when not needed. Suitable for users who will use the device for a wide range of testing applications. ● Fixed type … The irradiation device is embedded and installed in the walls (and ceiling) of an outdoor environmental chamber. Suitable for users who primarily conduct irradiation tests. Additionally, we control the devices using our unique method based on our accumulated know-how, ensuring stable temperature distribution and irradiation at any position of the test specimen.

A rainfall device capable of reproducing heavy rain of 200mm/h is designed and can be installed (based on a one-room type performance value). Additionally, the floor is designed with a slope to quickly drain the large volume of water. Furthermore, it features a load-bearing structure suitable for the installation of test specimens using forklifts, as well as an insulated structure that prevents external condensation due to thermal conduction.
