Detects the acceleration of seismic motion, and when the alarm judgment signal calculated from that value exceeds a preset alarm level, it triggers an alarm and records the time history acceleration waveform of the seismic motion onto a memory card (CF card).

● The activation level is determined using the vector composition of the horizontal component or the acceleration value of the vertical component (up and down motion). ● It has seven levels of alarm settings, each of which can be independently set to any value (maximum acceleration value of horizontal component composition, maximum acceleration value of three-component composition, selected from SI values). ● Displays on the LCD screen the recorded data such as the occurrence time of the detected seismic motion, maximum acceleration values of each component, maximum acceleration value of composition, SI values, as well as setting conditions and fault data, according to the operation. ● Uses a 24-bit A/D converter to record high-precision digital waveforms onto a memory card (CF card). ● The self-diagnosis function detects abnormalities, and when detected, the fault LED on the main panel lights up, outputting necessary information to the serial interface port. ● The power supply is AC100V. In the event of a power outage, it can operate for 6 hours on a rechargeable backup battery. ● The built-in printer prints the occurrence time of seismic motion detection, maximum acceleration values of each component, maximum acceleration value of horizontal component composition, maximum acceleration value of three-component composition, and SI values.
