There are other insulation materials that excel in thermal insulation and soundproofing performance, but it is rare to find insulation materials that possess many features, as they often lack fire resistance or have low moisture control effects. However, Fiber Ace not only has high thermal insulation performance but also achieves fire resistance (certified for exterior walls and partition walls as a quasi-fire-resistant structure, certified for 30-minute fire-resistant exterior walls) and pest control performance (mold resistance test) by incorporating 22% boron-based agents (usually around 5%). Additionally, it exhibits high moisture control functionality (moisture control test) due to the properties of the wood fiber raw materials, as well as soundproofing performance (sound insulation certification for partition walls) due to its ability to be installed without gaps. It is an exceptionally excellent insulation material that is also ecological.

Applications/Examples of results

The installation of Fiber Ace is done by blowing it in. The amount blown in at that time is at a high density of 55 kg/m³, and it is blown in until it is packed tightly. By blowing it in at a high density, the excellent performance of Fiber Ace is further enhanced. Additionally, while glass wool cannot be adequately installed in areas such as piping and outlets, Fiber Ace can be installed without gaps, resulting in less insulation loss and demonstrating a higher insulation effect.
