It was proposed to enclose each process in a clean booth and exhaust it using a dust collector equipped with a bag filter. A tunnel-type punching will be installed directly under the FFU for airflow control within the airtight booth, ensuring that the airflow does not hit directly. The FFU will be variable airflow type, and a volume damper will be provided at the exhaust outlet to adjust the airflow balance. The exhaust air velocity will be maintained at a level that ensures a powder velocity of 0.7 m/s or higher. Points: 1. The FFU will be equipped with a DC motor (variable airflow type) and will diffuse the airflow through punching to prevent direct airflow. 2. The system will use a dust collector with a bag filter to handle exhaust dust. A room pressure gauge will be installed to monitor the balance with the supply air. 3. To ensure a powder velocity of 0.7 m/s or higher and maintain a slight negative pressure, airflow adjustment mechanisms will be provided for both supply and exhaust.
