A customer in resin molding has consulted us about wanting to clean up their production line to expand into the semiconductor industry. Issues: 1. They want to achieve a Class 10,000 environment but do not want to invest in large-scale equipment. They also want to consider aesthetics due to the presence of visitors. 2. They would like to reuse a floor-mounted FFU unit that was purchased previously. 3. Due to budget constraints and the height of the installation location, they want to utilize the existing ceiling as is.

We proposed creating a clean environment while utilizing existing elements as much as possible. Points: 1. Apply clean cross to the ceiling surface made of general materials (gypsum board) to eliminate dust generation. 2. Along the visitor walkway, use a double structure of transparent resin panels to enhance visibility and aesthetics. 3. Install high-performance filters in the existing air conditioning units, along with four floor-mounted FFU units to achieve cleanliness. 4. Address all surrounding ancillary construction, including partition work, the installation of a mezzanine and emergency stairs, and the installation of elevators.
