A customer in resin molding consulted us about introducing new equipment and expressed a desire to enclose a corner of the warehouse for a clean environment in the inspection process. Issues: 1. Installation in a warehouse without air conditioning. 2. There is a shutter near the installation space, making it necessary to have high airtightness due to proximity to the external environment. 3. For safety and aesthetic reasons, they want the booth to be visually accessible.

Considering thermal efficiency, an insulated panel type is preferable, but due to the request to visually inspect the interior, we propose the installation of a clean booth with a KAMATA aluminum frame. Points: 1. After the floor coating, a clean booth measuring 4000×5000×H2500 will be installed. 2. By adopting a double structure, we will enhance insulation and improve thermal efficiency, while also improving aesthetics. 3. Air conditioning control will be managed with a ceiling-mounted air conditioner and FFU. By incorporating a return, we will enhance temperature control efficiency.
