Measures to prevent the scattering of resin pellets and waste disposal.
At the resin pellet receiving device in the underground pit, pellets were spilling around and causing problems. A submersible pump was installed to drain rainwater that accumulated in the pit, but it ended up sucking in the spilled resin pellets, leading to frequent malfunctions. We received a request to implement measures to prevent resin pellet spills, as well as to clean the pit and replace the submersible pump. Issues: 1. There is a significant amount of spillage around the device and inside the underground pit during the acceptance of pellets from the resin pellet transport truck. 2. The rainwater discharge pump in the underground pit was sucking in resin pellets, causing malfunctions. 3. Cleaning the inside of the pit was proving to be difficult.

basic information
A chute will be manufactured and installed at the pellet inlet of the resin receiving device to prevent scattering and spillage. Additionally, to prevent jamming in the pump, the pellets accumulated in the pit will be removed and cleaned, after which a new submersible pump will be installed. It is proposed that the removed pellets and rainwater accumulated in the underground pit be treated as industrial waste under the responsibility of Kamata Industries, and a manifest will be created. Points: 1. Manufacturing and installation of a chute at the pellet inlet. 2. Cleaning of the underground pit and removal of resin pellets. 3. Replacement and installation of a float-type submersible pump for rainwater drainage. 4. Disposal of waste materials after removal and treatment of rainwater accumulated in the underground pit.
