At a film manufacturing company, there is a location where rolls of film, which are the products, are transported using a forklift. Due to changes in the layout of the work area, the turning space has become very narrow, making it difficult to operate the forklift in that area. Roll size: 1800L × φ500 to φ800, Weight: up to 800Kg. The film being rolled is to be recycled, so it must not be damaged. Issues: 1. Transportation work in this area requires skilled operation of the forklift, even for qualified operators, due to the reduced space. 2. Various small lifters other than forklifts can contribute to space-saving, but since the forks are horizontal, there is a risk that the rolls may roll off during transport. 3. Forklift operation can only be performed by individuals who have obtained qualifications through special training or skill courses.
