You were troubled by the adhesion issues of the glue pot for the back gluing of the binding machine and the perfect binding machine. The glue used is a reactive hot melt adhesive that has a very strong bonding power even in small amounts, and it is a special product with a high price. If it hardens while still attached, the peeling process becomes very difficult, and it cannot be reused, resulting in significant waste. Issues: 1. Since the glue has a strong bonding power, high non-stick properties are required. 2. As it is hot melt, the glue pot is constantly heated by a heater. 3. After removing the glue pot for processing, surface treatment must be done immediately before delivery and installation.

Initially, we proposed a non-stick coating that had the highest non-adhesiveness and had a proven track record in other hot melt application lines, which was tested and adopted. The release properties at the time of delivery were as expected and good. However, the performance significantly deteriorated within a few weeks. It was assumed that this was due to localized heating from the heater being more concentrated than anticipated, exceeding the heat resistance temperature. *The heat resistance temperature of the non-stick coating is 150°C.* Therefore, we proposed a fluoropolymer coating that has heat resistance and excellent non-adhesiveness once again. There are various types and grades of fluoropolymer coatings, but this time we specifically selected a grade of PFA that excels in non-adhesiveness. Points: 1. The heat resistance temperature of PFA coating is 260°C, allowing for safe use at the heater's set temperature (200°C). 2. While non-adhesiveness is primarily required on the inner surface, we treated both the inner and outer surfaces to ensure coating adhesion and prevent the adhesion of scattered adhesive. 3. We also accommodate short delivery times.
