Renovating old cart trolleys - more hygienic! Easier to use!
The cart for thawing frozen carcasses had deteriorated due to years of use. With a large size and a total of 50 units, completely replacing them would incur enormous costs, so they were used despite the issues. Issues: 1. The caster wheels are worn out, and due to their weight, moving them requires a significant amount of effort. 2. Water generated during the thawing of vacuum-packed frozen carcasses accumulates on the factory floor, making it slippery and unsanitary. 3. The stainless steel basket body is still sufficiently usable.

basic information
The basket cart that has been used until now was fully mesh, but I proposed to create and install a new bottom plate. The casters were damaged, so we reused the mounting brackets and shafts, and manufactured new wheels from MC nylon. Points: 1. Cut the bottom plate section of the mesh basket. Fully weld the newly manufactured pan-shaped bottom plate. 2. Install a ball valve for drainage and a drainage hose connection fitting on the bottom plate. The bottom plate is sloped for water drainage consideration. 3. Measure the dimensions for the casters, reuse the brackets and shafts from existing parts, achieving cost reduction while ensuring smooth transportation.
