This prevents fogging of windows, such as those on surveillance camera housings. Anti-reflective and water-repellent coatings can be applied to the outer glass surface. Compared to conventional tin oxide films, it is possible to lower the resistance value, allowing for low-voltage operation without compromising transparency, even for small windows.
