When shipping products at the paper manufacturing company, there were the following issues between the winder (the device that rolls paper taken from the paper machine onto a paper tube) and the packaging device (commonly known as the one-pack packaging machine): - The products were being transported to the one-pack packaging machine over a distance of approximately 30 meters by four people using a forklift. - Along the way, there were weighing devices and temporary stockers, which added the effort of unloading and loading.

By automating, we aim to reduce labor costs and improve work efficiency. - Install a slat conveyor (note) from the winder to the weighing machine. - Install a stopper and a kick-out device at the weighing machine. - Products transported to the stocker can be conveyed to the one-pack packaging machine without transfer via a trolley conveyor. - Due to space constraints, a straight line is not feasible, so stoppers and cylinders are installed at points where the direction changes and at transfer points to prevent product drop. (Note) Slat conveyor: A system equipped with chains at both ends for rotation, to which metal plates or wooden boards (commonly referred to as slats) are attached for direct transportation. It is suitable for transporting heavy items.
