No need to stop the production line; tightening of the grant section can be done while the piping is in place! This is the MIZUP flange ball valve, which has numerous achievements for major manufacturers.
No matter how high-performance a ball valve is, maintenance is essential. Approximately 70% of that maintenance is related to the stem packing. However, this has been a troublesome issue due to the time and cost involved. Therefore, our company has developed a new product, the "203A Series," which simplifies maintenance. The 203A Series is a two-piece flanged ball valve. Its greatest feature is the reduction of repair time. There is no need to remove the handle or actuator; you simply tighten it while it is still connected to the piping. This avoids excessive tightening that can lead to increased torque and extends the lifetime of the valve. Our assembly and packaging processes are conducted in a Class 10000 clean environment, following a highly efficient workflow established over 35 years of experience, with all steps meticulously managed under strict control. A leak test is performed on all products before shipment, and we also conduct our own unique tests to ensure thorough quality control.
