Hydrotechnik specializes in the collection, recording, and evaluation of information specifically for hydraulic plant/equipment diagnostic monitoring. They developed the MINIMESS mini-mess test point, enabling effective maintenance management by connecting peripheral measuring devices such as gauges, sensors, and measuring instruments. By installing pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and other sensors in the line via the mini-mess test point, comprehensive support for maintenance inspections and checking for defects is provided.

Pressure/temperature sensors and other additional sensors can be installed at any location of hydraulic equipment that measures directly with the QT100 flow sensor unit or standalone sensors, and by simply connecting them via cable to a handheld data logger (2025, 3020, 4010, 5070), monitoring and diagnosing hydraulic equipment becomes easy. When the data logger is powered on, all sensor data is automatically sent to the data logger without any setup required. At that time, you can select only the necessary data from the display menu for data collection, and it is possible to check it in real-time on the display or record the data using the memory function. You can choose the channels to record and set the measurement frequency for each sensor from milliseconds to 10 minutes. The recording time can also be set from 1 second to 999 hours as desired. At the start of measurement, in addition to pressing the start button, trigger start (pre-trigger setting 0-100%) is also possible. Once recording is complete, the data is saved and can be downloaded to any folder using dedicated PC software (HYDROcom 6).
