The DC48V power supply can be stepped down to DC12V, allowing the use of DC12V devices. Note that batteries should not be used as a load. The casing of this device is negative-grounded, so the negative polarity of the input and output is common. Therefore, do not use it in vehicles such as trucks and industrial vehicles where the body is positively polarized, as it may cause catastrophic damage.
