A hybrid formulation of hollow ceramic balloons and porous silica, two low thermal conductivity materials. A new type of paint that excels in insulation, condensation prevention, and heat shielding functions.
The hollow ceramic balloon, used as thermal insulation and heat shielding material at the tip of space rockets, has a low thermal conductivity of 0.06 kW/mK and is a completely inorganic material that does not change even when mixed with paint. Additionally, porous silica boasts an even more astonishing low thermal conductivity of 0.012 kW/mK. The new type of paint "naAno" is a hybrid formulation that balances these two materials. It comes in three types: insulation (for indoor use), condensation prevention, and heat shielding (for roofs and exterior walls), each developed with special properties to pinpoint and solve issues specific to their applications. Different types can be layered, allowing for enhanced effects through combinations. basic information
【Features】 ●Significantly improves heating and cooling efficiency In combustion experiments with a fan heater using the insulation type (indoor), rooms where "naAno" was applied showed a 35% improvement in fuel efficiency and an 11% improvement in heating efficiency compared to rooms before application. ●Reflects solar heat for indoor comfort The heat insulation type (for roofs and exterior walls) contains special reflective pigments that maintain high reflection efficiency by being resistant to dirt. It simultaneously reflects and insulates, enhancing the effect of indoor temperature regulation. ●Easy to apply for anyone with a water-based type Can be applied with the same feel as regular water-based paint. No special tools are required. ●Excellent durability and environmentally friendly While it may vary slightly depending on the condition of the painted surface and the location of the house, durability of about 10 years has been confirmed. The formaldehyde emission level is classified as the lowest "F☆☆☆☆," indicating no impact on the environment. 【Message/Notes】 - It is recommended to apply without dilution, but dilution with tap water is also possible. - The time required for complete drying is approximately 6 hours at a temperature of 20 degrees. - Colors can be selected from 45 shades in the catalog. If the desired color is not available, custom mixing is possible. ●For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
