This is a transparent ultra-soft urethane resin that expresses the softness similar to human skin. It is ideal as a material for medical palpation models and original figures. There are two types available: hardness 0 (soft) and hardness 7 (normal). 【Key Points of Human Skin Gel Concentrate (Transparent)】 ■ Incredible softness! This urethane resin has a softness that was nearly impossible to achieve at the user level until now. ■ Excellent bubble release and transparency! Bubbles are sufficiently released even with manual stirring, allowing for the molding of a very high transparency soft resin. There is no need for the hassle of using a vacuum degasser. ■ Cures at room temperature! It cures in 24 hours in a room temperature environment (above 20°C). You can create it without an oven or similar equipment. ■ Self-adhesive properties The cured human skin gel has self-adhesive properties. 1. Mix the main agent and hardener in a ratio of 1:1 by weight. * Please keep the mixing ratio error within 1 wt%. * If coloring, add the pigment to the main agent in advance, and then add the hardener to the mixed mass. * If the pigment (sold separately) is added at more than 1% of the main agent, it may not cure.

Mix the resin that was combined in step 1 thoroughly and evenly.

3. Pour the mixed resin quietly into the mold. It cures in over 24 hours at room temperature (above 20°C) and in about 1 hour at 100°C. The curing time varies depending on the environment. *Mold materials such as metal molds, FRP molds, silicone molds, and resin molds can be used. It is compatible with silicone molds.

4. After confirming that it has hardened, remove it from the mold. Since the human skin gel has adhesive properties, if the stickiness becomes an issue, we recommend dusting it with the attached "talc powder" or using the separately sold "surface coating agent." *Note that dusting with talc powder may reduce transparency.
