Door mirror and door mirror cover parts painting dedicated system
Detailed information
-
Paint supply system A dedicated paint supply system, syringe pump, that significantly reduces paint usage, maintenance effort, and consumption of cleaning solvents.
-
Rotational Coating Technology R Four door mirror parts are set on a circular jig, and the robot performs rotational coating by rotating in both directions. This not only reduces paint consumption but also achieves high-quality coating through the principle of thin film multi-coating.
-
Handling 1 Transfer by handling robot to the painting robot line dancer 4top. By creating a system that separates the line, it can be kept clean without contaminating the line, and it also allows for the compactness of the equipment.
-
Handling 2 A side view of the transfer by the painting robot line dancer 4top and the handling robot. In the foreground is the setting line.
-
Dust removal booth As a pre-treatment for painting, a dust removal booth is established to automate dust removal and static electricity elimination using a self-standing robot.
