Compared to conventional heart-shaped spacers, this one is lighter and easier to handle. The installation method consists of just three steps. Developed uniquely by Art Space, it not only allows for smooth installation but also successfully minimizes any vertical and horizontal wobbling after installation. Until now, spacers that prioritized one-touch installation left some dissatisfaction regarding their holding power, and on the other hand, we wanted to avoid making installation cumbersome by prioritizing holding power. In response to such feedback from the field, we developed the Kata Heart. 【Construction Procedure】 ○Step 1 →Insert the spacer as horizontally as possible. The best position is as close to the vertical rebar as possible. ○Step 2 →Widen the metal fitting to sandwich the horizontal rebar. ○Step 3 →Rotate the spacer so that the folded part of the fitting fits onto the vertical rebar, and you’re done.
