Exterior base adjustment material for lightweight pre-mixed mortar for wooden houses - Rasumoru.
This is a new lightweight pre-mixed mortar for wooden houses that overcomes the weaknesses of sand mortar.
Rasumoru ideally combines special lightweight aggregates, special fibers, and admixtures with Portland cement to exhibit excellent performance. Due to its low shrinkage rate, the incorporation of special fibers, and elasticity, the occurrence of cracks is significantly reduced compared to sand mortar. The combination of special admixtures and ideal aggregate particle size distribution results in outstanding workability. Compared to sand mortar, it weighs about half, reducing the burden on the substrate and making transportation and application easier. It can be applied up to 16mm in one day, which shortens the construction period. Its thermal conductivity is extremely low, at one-fifth that of sand mortar, making it effective in preventing condensation. As it is a pre-mixed product produced in a controlled factory environment, the quality is stable, and there is no need for mix management on-site. Additionally, it has excellent fire resistance properties; in the lath method, it provides a fire-resistant structure at a thickness of 15mm, with a fire resistance rating of 45 minutes (load-bearing) and 1 hour (load-bearing). In the non-lath method, it provides a fire-resistant structure at a thickness of 16mm, with a fire resistance rating of 45 minutes (load-bearing), and at 17mm thickness, it has a fire resistance rating of 1 hour (load-bearing). Fujikawa Kenzai Kogyo Co., Ltd. is a company born from the blessings of the Fujikawa. The Fujikawa, a first-class river formed by the confluence of the Kamanasugawa flowing in the northwest of Yamanashi Prefecture and the Fuefukigawa flowing in the northeast, flows south of the Kofu Basin, descending from the west side of Mount Fuji and pouring into Suruga Bay in Shizuoka Prefecture. We will continue to strive and refine our efforts so that the water, sand, and gravel that nurture the "oikawa" and "ugui" living in the Fujikawa can shine even more brightly as important sources of our Fujikawa products.
