The cordless riveter R1B1 has significantly improved work performance, making it ideal for long hours of work, and it is a proud product of Robutec that also features energy-saving capabilities and a counter function. The number of rivets that can be installed on a single charge has increased to 4.7 times that of conventional models (800 rivets). Additionally, power consumption has been reduced to less than 1/45 of that of air riveters. By shortening the distance between the riveting point and the trigger switch and bringing the center of gravity closer to the hand, we have greatly enhanced operability. It features an easy-to-grip, well-balanced design, a novel and beautiful new form, and was designed by product designer Toshiyuki Kita, achieving a compact and aesthetically pleasing shape while emphasizing functionality. By combining a ball screw that efficiently converts rotational motion into linear motion and a planetary gear that can transmit large torque, we have achieved smooth riveting through efficient energy transfer.
