Foreign object removal rolling cleaning silicone roller
Removal of dust from surfaces such as substrates and films. There are two types of adhesive cleaners (roller type) that can be used in clean rooms: adhesive tape roller type and rubber roller type. When the adhesive surface becomes dirty during use, the adhesive tape type peels off the tape, while the rubber roller type rolls the roller on a dedicated adhesive transfer sheet to transfer the attached dust to the sheet. This product uses a roller that has less transfer of siloxane (silicic acid) than general silicone rubber. Moreover, due to the unique softness of the rubber roller, it removes dust and debris without damaging the target object. *If static prevention or complete silicone-free is required, please use the MK-EC rubber roller.
