To prevent accidents caused by the detachment of mortar or tiles from concrete surfaces, the injection of epoxy resin and similar materials into the peeling areas has gained attention in recent years. If the moisture content of the concrete surface or mortar at the injection site is high, the expected adhesive strength cannot be achieved. Therefore, this device was developed based on the "Public-Private Joint Research on the Development of Repair and Renovation Technologies for Exterior Materials" by the Ministry of Construction's Building Research Institute for the purpose of measuring moisture in these areas.
