■Features - It is possible to print out the date, lot number, and measurement results on the spot and submit them as documentation. - The average value, standard deviation, maximum value, and minimum value of the measurement results can be easily calculated with simple operations. - To accommodate changes in the material, shape, and thickness of the substrate, it is possible to register and call up the optimal calibration curves for that substrate in four electromagnetic methods and four eddy current methods in advance. - Upper and lower limits for the target film thickness can be set.
