Protects products from oil drips. Excellent lubrication and adhesion.
Issues: Company N in Hiroshima was using a conveyor line for product transportation, but if they neglected to lubricate, the hangers would sway and products would fall. Additionally, using a general-purpose lubricant led to oil drips that contaminated the products. Solution: Bilal VG-HT (5-liter type) has excellent lubricating and adhesive properties. By using an automatic lubrication system (Magic Cut) to lubricate the transport chain every four months and applying it with a brush to the connections of the hangers, the issues were resolved.
