Our company, Ameya Co., Ltd., has metalworking technology in Settsu City, Osaka Prefecture. We specialize in processes such as deep drawing, precision sheet metal work, 2D & 3D laser cutting, and the production of laminated molds using stacked SS material, as well as deep drawing using ZAS (ZAS alloy) molds and handcrafted techniques known as "hammered sheet metal." In particular, laminated molds can be produced at lower costs and with shorter lead times compared to traditional press molds, accommodating everything from prototype parts to small-batch mass production of various types.
