**Overview of Development Implementation** Currently, mass production press processing of thin rubber materials has not been established, and we are advancing the development of high-precision mass production press processing to enable the mass production of thin rubber products for insulation and dust prevention that can be used in the semiconductor and information electronics fields. This will showcase the strength of Japan's manufacturing companies and respond to the global society. Ensuring high-precision dimensions for rubber materials was considered impossible with conventional press processing technology. Conditions are required to prevent issues such as burrs, curls, and deformation when punching rubber materials. To address these issues, we have decided to examine the material, hardness, clearance, and surface roughness that form the basis of the mold. Additionally, since the material stretches and contracts, we cannot apply tension during the punching process, so we need to create a feeding device that ensures feeding method, speed, and positioning accuracy, and connect it to the press machine. ● For more details, please download the catalog.
