New antifreeze agent without alkali and chlorination. Antifreeze NAC.
Cement admixture Manol antifreeze agent NAC (non-chloride, non-alkaline) is a new type of cold-resistant antifreeze that complies with the regulations on total alkali and chloride content as part of measures against the deterioration of concrete structures. Since it contains no chlorides at all, there is no concern about corrosion of steel materials. It forms a passive film on the metal surface within the concrete, suppressing and preventing corrosion. Additionally, it promotes the hardening of cement and accelerates initial strength. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

In 1910 (Meiji 43), the founder Ryujiro Yanaka established a municipal chemical research institute in Dalian, Manchuria, and began research on the chemical applications of the local specialty "soybeans." He made various inventions and proposals, but he felt particularly strongly about the need for the cement waterproofing agent, which was of great importance, especially in the rainy and humid climate of mainland Japan. In 1921 (Taisho 10), he moved to Tokyo and established the Yushi Chemical Company in the area of Jabukubo, Ebara Town, Ebara District, Tokyo (now the headquarters). With the trademark "Manol," he began full-scale production and sales, laying the foundation for today's company. In 1955 (Showa 30), the first president Ryujiro Yanaka was honored with the Purple Ribbon Medal for his invention of the cement waterproofing agent manufacturing method, solidifying his position as a leader in the industry both in name and reality. Recent technological innovations have led to significant advancements in materials and construction methods, and to respond to increasingly diverse needs, the company is actively promoting a variety of research and development activities while focusing on strengthening its corporate foundation with a motto of sound management.
