The "MGW90" is an atmosphere-replacement type glove box that allows for purging and replacement in the main chamber, and vacuum replacement in the auxiliary chamber, used for handling materials to prevent degradation or oxidation. The corner R welding allows for a reduced pressure exhaust of 13.3 Pa in the auxiliary chamber.
