Perforated The roll film features perforations, making it easy to quickly tear off without any tools. Flexible folding The air volume in the pack is uniquely finished to be fluffy. With an appropriate amount of air, it can be folded for use, expanding its applications. It demonstrates multiple efficiencies that cannot be achieved by merely changing materials. 1. Reduction in packaging material costs: With a film thickness of just 40μ, it is possible to create large-capacity packs, thereby keeping the material cost per unit volume and transportation costs for incoming goods low. Additionally, the more material is used, the greater the cost-saving effect. 2. Reduction in storage space for materials: Significant reductions can be made in the space required for the temporary storage of incoming cushioning materials before packaging. This can be reduced to about 1/200 in volume and approximately 1/100 in area. Concerns about securing space are almost eliminated. 3. Increased efficiency in packaging operations: In sites where materials are transported back and forth between the storage area and the packaging site for replenishment, placing the Air Quick unit at the packaging site (line) can reduce this hassle. 4. Reduction of environmental impact: When comparing the CO2 emissions during combustion of cushioning materials made from crumpled paper and those made with Air Quick PT410 at the same cushioning volume, it can be calculated that emissions are reduced to about 1/5. 5.
