Can be applied even when wet! The strong adhesion of the dry & wax dual-structure film allows for long-term rust prevention!
Rust, a major enemy for metal products that occurs when the effect of rust prevention oil wears off. Are you struggling with rust prevention measures during long periods of maintenance, such as during exports? "Ruston EX" is a dry wax-type indoor long-term rust preventive agent. It features a dual structure with a dry film that strongly adheres to the workpiece and a very thin wax film that is less sticky, providing long-lasting rust prevention effects. It is water-displacing, allowing it to be applied even in high humidity environments or when the workpiece is wet. Unlike conventional sticky rust preventives, it offers a dry feel while demonstrating powerful rust prevention effects, with "no change after 35 days in wet tests" and "no change after 95 hours in salt spray tests." The film is non-conductive and does not adversely affect plastics, rubber, or coatings. It is easy to handle as it comes in a spray type. ◎ For more details, please contact us or download the catalog. ★ For inquiries, please contact us directly at info@audec.co.jp.
