This is a modular rack that effectively utilizes the upper space by converting warehouses and factories with high ceilings into two levels. By combining five types of unit racks, various layout plans are possible. 【Features】 - The rack panel structure allows for very easy assembly and disassembly. - By combining racks (e.g., medium-duty racks) on the lower level, it meets the needs similar to mezzanine racks and multi-tiered platforms. - The upper floor can be selected according to the application, using materials such as plywood steel plates or grating. - It can accommodate various rack layout patterns with three types of panel spans. - Since it is a modular rack, it is not considered a building. (If there are requests for the installation of stairs, separate consultation will be required.) 【Introduction of "TanaTSumU" for elevating medium-duty racks】 For customers who are struggling with effectively utilizing dead space in the upper area and are currently operating medium-duty racks, we also provide information on "TanaTSumU." By utilizing existing racks, there is no need for removal costs or temporary storage space for products during construction, making it more economical than replacing with high-rise racks. By using it in conjunction with high-picking runners for high-rise picking, operational efficiency can be further improved.
