Ideal for rust prevention during marine transport of machinery and parts, as well as for long-term storage. It forms a coating that does not easily wash away in rain or wind, enabling medium- to long-term rust protection.
Fluid Film is a product that was developed through a collaboration between the U.S. Navy and manufacturers during World War II. It is still used by the U.S. Navy today. In addition to its lubricating effect, it excels in long-term rust prevention, achieving a rust resistance result of 1248 hours in salt spray tests. It contains little to no solvents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) (except for aerosol types), making it an environmentally friendly product. It is also resistant to being washed away by rainwater, providing long-lasting rust prevention. Since it does not contain solvents, it does not adversely affect all metals and most paints, plastics, or rubber (though it may cause the surface of natural rubber to become raised).

Fluid Film AS | Aerosol type. Due to its spray type, it has good workability. We handle two types: AS11 (content 333g) and AS2 (content 64g). |
Fluid Film NAS | Non-aerosol type. Similar to the concentrated liquid of the AS type. When LP gas is added to NAS, it becomes AS. Mainly used for brush application. It can also be used with a spray gun. The basic type of Fluid Film. |
Fluid Film Liquid A | Liquid type. Viscosity similar to ordinary oil. Suitable for immersion use. However, it has low viscosity and is not suitable for outdoor use. Used for rust prevention during indoor storage. |
Fluid Film AR | Quasi-liquid type. Intermediate viscosity between Liquid A and NAS. This is also for indoor use. |
Fluid Film BN, BW, BEW | B series. Gel (grease) type. Superior adhesion compared to AS and NAS, and has higher rust prevention capabilities. BN: Basic type BW: Contains white pigment to enhance visibility. BEW: Contains white pigment and antioxidants to prevent oil degradation. Used for rust prevention during outdoor storage of formwork. |
Fluid Film WRL, WRN-EP, WRO-EP | Gel (grease) type. Developed for wire ropes. WRL: A type with enhanced permeability. Among grease types, it has a softness of No. 0, making it easy to use, but its viscosity decreases, making it unsuitable for outdoor rust prevention. WRN-EP: Salt spray test for 5000 hours. Not only rust prevention capabilities but also extreme pressure performance is added. WRO-EP: Mil-Spec compliant. This type is still used by the U.S. Navy today. |
