The EL200 is a media converter that converts 10/100BASE-TX and 100BASE-BX. You can choose between single-mode and multi-mode fiber optics. It uses an SC connector (single core). With the AUTO-MDI/MDI-X feature and automatic recognition of full duplex/half duplex, you can use it without worrying about cross/straight cables. The EMC1600 19” media converter chassis can accommodate up to 16 units, and the EMC1200R media converter system can incorporate up to 12 units.
