■Features ●Fully Automatic Operating Environment All complex operations of the X-ray equipment, from initial adjustments (calibration) to testing inspections and power-off, are performed automatically. ●High-Precision Sensor Using a high-precision X-ray line sensor, it can capture foreign objects as small as 300μm (micrometers). (Note: The reference is based on SUS balls, and clear images may not be obtained depending on the material.) ●Ultra-Fast Processor Equipped with a 64-bit ultra-fast CPU (Core i7) and a large 8GB memory to process large volumes of X-ray images at high speed, achieving more than double the processing capability (compared to our company). Performance may change without notice for improvements. ●Dual Monitor Standard dual monitors allow for simultaneous inspection while displaying a total of six screens, including different screen settings and point magnification. ●Full Color Display The full-color inspection screen makes it easier to detect foreign objects. ●Variable Speed Shooting Depending on the target product, shooting can be selected at three speed levels: high speed, standard, and low speed (high precision).

You can perform more reliable inspections with simultaneous display of color screen settings and point magnification. ● Memory Function Settings such as X-ray strength, screen settings, presence of automatic detection, conveyor speed, shooting range, and image storage, which vary by variety, can be saved in memory (up to 30 varieties). ● Traceability All captured images can be stored, and their numbers can be printed out simultaneously using a label printer. Of course, you can also use a color printer to print the captured images in color, or transfer images to a remote location using a network. ● Simple Dimension Measurement You can easily measure the length between two points from the X-ray imaging screen (belt surface). ● Simple Automatic Judgment To minimize the chances of overlooking foreign objects, an assistant for foreign object detection is provided from the X-ray images. (This does not guarantee 100% detection.) ● Multi-Language Support Considering use overseas, Japanese, English, and Chinese are standard, and support for other languages is also possible.
