The high sampling rate and large screen allow for the display and observation of faithful and detailed waveforms. It is possible to measure RMS, peak voltage, and specific voltage, frequency, and period from waveform data, providing robust functionality as a voltmeter. It also has a built-in GO-NO/GO judgment function, enabling automatic determination of product quality. Additionally, FFT waveforms and their channel waveforms can be displayed simultaneously in a split view. By using the waveform recording function, abnormal signals can be recorded and observed easily without prolonged monitoring. Furthermore, there are three modes for the cursor measurement function: automatic, track, and manual, making it convenient to display measurement values on the screen by aligning the cursor.
