【Features】 Open Nut Type 1 ○ Principle The fitting state of the ez bar and ez channel results in point contact, allowing the ez bar to slide axially in response to stress in the direction of the frame, thereby suppressing deformation forces on the exterior material and joints. For stress perpendicular to the frame, deformation forces are similarly reduced through the conversion to rotational force of the ez channel. ○ Spring Back Function When negative pressure, such as wind load, is applied, both sides of the ez bar deform inwardly around the shoulder as a pivot, resulting in a strong fit with the ez channel while deforming elastically.
