Analog processing of vast three-dimensional information by adding height to represent brightness on a two-dimensional plane of vertical and horizontal axes.
Technos 71XX has the ability to perceive light and dark in detail, and it is a sensor that closely resembles the human eye's sensitivity to the temporal changes in lighting and the vibrations and shifts of objects.

basic information
【Features】 ◯ The area sensor with an aspect ratio of 3:4 (the same ratio as a television) allows for non-contact detection of solids, semi-solids, liquids, and gases. ◯ It processes a vast amount of three-dimensional information by adding height to represent brightness in a two-dimensional plane of length and width. ◯ As a differential area sensor, it tolerates line vibrations and object misalignment. It is also less affected by dimming due to lamp wear, decreased transmittance of shades, degradation of reflection from projection mirrors, and reduced transmittance or partial fogging due to lens dust. ◯ It operates at speeds over 300 times that of conventional television camera systems, allowing it to be used without concern for the speed of production and inspection lines, making it applicable to high-speed lines where traditional television camera systems or line sensors could not be used. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Company information
We specialize in systems for visual inspection areas and pattern inspections where the target patterns share the same trend. We can conduct inspections of the exterior of automobile bodies and materials such as stainless steel, copper, and titanium, as well as inspections of glass, tiles, and materials like paper and film. Our systems can be installed on any line from materials to processes to products, allowing for exterior inspections. Tekunos has achieved performance that far exceeds visual inspection through our uniquely developed high-sensitivity electronic cameras for inline use and our proprietary supercomputer that performs 8.8 billion calculations per second. This enables us to replace visual inspections and periodic pattern inspections with a general-purpose system.
