basic information
【Features】 〇 This is a representative form of the most commonly used cardboard box. 〇 It is a familiar box used for fruits and vegetables (the mandarin orange box is a typical example). 〇 The flaps (the part that acts as a lid) are all the same width, and the outer flap (the longer one) overlaps. 〇 Due to the notches, it is also called a groove-cut shape. In the typical manufacturing process for this form, the width dimensions are cut and horizontal score lines are added using a corrugator (a machine that makes corrugated board), followed by vertical score lines (creases) and printing using a printing machine or folder-gluer, and finally, after gluing, it is completed in a folded state, making it easy to mechanize and automate, thus being the most suitable shape for mass production. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
